I need to convert this file vsx to dwg, can anyone convert to me please?

I need to convert this old file to a dwg file, then I can use on cad.
My last team worker, used to use in vectorwork, but he is not working here anymore...

Your team worker was using an illegal version of Vectorworks.  Anyone who tries to open it will get this:

I am sure if you bought a legal license to VW that the company would unlock it for you.  How much is it going to cost you to recreate the work without the file?

Pat and I don't work for Vectorworks, so we can't make any representations of company policy.

 

But… it's my understanding that in the past they have not been vindictive in these situations.  They were much more interested in helping someone become a legitimate user than going after software pirates.  Usually converting files created with pirated versions to legitimate files when a user purchased a legitimate license. 

 

Although I can't open it, I can see the preview of the file.  It was left on a sheet showing a large residential development covering many blocks.

 

The file is 78.4 MB.  So it probably doesn't have a lot of 3D modeling with textures.  But it could have quite a bit of linework.
