Vectorworks 2024 - Mac OS 14.2.1 - Dock not opening Vectorworks window / UI

Not sure if this is a feature or a bug.

Now that I and using VW 2024, I did not have this issue previously  - Once Vectorworks is running, if I minimize my Vectorworks window I am not able to reopen my current Vectorworks file by clicking on the VW icon in the Dock. When I click on the dock the Vectorworks menu bar appears on the top of the screen and I have to go to the window drop down and select a file to open it. Seems like an unnecessary extra step to open files.

 

In previous versions of Vectorworks if you clicked the icon in the dock the use interface or open file would open as expected... and Blam-O I'm drawing things.

For me this sounds like a temporary hiccup,

needing to restart the operating system and VW.
