I noticed @Tom W. has had the same issue as us with the linear bands upsetting the site model… we’d already established we don’t think it’s to do with our export settings, the same DXF comes in fine to BricsCAD. Think it must be a bug...

My issue was to do with importing Point Cloud surveys into georeferenced files: no Site Models involved. For some reason unless the user origin + internal origin were coincident, the point cloud would be missing a proportion of the data, hence the striped appearance (because of the missing points). So I think what you're describing is something different - albeit stripe-related!
