Vectorworks 2024 SP1 and 1.1 update fails

Hi I am unable to update Vectorworks 2024. The updater fails with the screen attached. The updater gets to 90% and then reverts back to 0% with a report of an unknown error.

I have also downloaded the updater to do an offline update but have the same error.

 

Mac OS 13.6.1

 

I did contact technical support as suggested but have had no reply

Looking again at "about Vectorworks" it appears the update did work despite the message to the contrary and Vectorworks is now up to date ??

Did the updater went to 99% and failed then? If it did there is a known issue and hopefully resolved with the Update 2 addressing this. Update 2 will be coming out as soon as possible. I believe we can expect for it this month.

As Update 2 is out could you please see if this will go through with no issues and if there will be any problems, please get back to this thread or contact local technical support team!

I get the same issue with update 2 the updater went to 99% and then failed with the below screenshot. However the application has been updated to .2 according to the 'about Vectorworks' menu command
