Pen Line Type Stretched

Hello,

 

I am in VW 2023 Windows. On sheet layer when i draw a line or polyline and change the line type to dots or dashed it seems to be stretched, so short dashes become long dashes and a dotted line become dashes with large spaces between them. This means i cant achieve a simple dotted line. Is the line type stretched somehow, how do i get to a dotted line. Image for clarity, the black lines on left are dotted but seem to be stretched, and red lines are short dashes but look like long dashes.

Try this:

 

Go to the Resource Manager and find that Linetype. Right Click < Edit. Then uncheck the option that says "Scale with line thickness."

This hasnt worked, I've unchecked this box in resource manager but the lines are still stretched / spaced out. the dotted line still apears as spread out dashes.
