Single Point matched curves

Single point matched curves are not unlike your basic curve, except that the user defines the type of curve interpolation and fixes the start point.  When working with complex geometry, building your own curves can be advantageous.

 

This women's ring uses single point match curves.

Can you explain what exactly a "single point matched curve" is, and how we use it in Vectorworks?

I see you have returned.  I am going to write two tutorials on matched curves and post over the next few weeks.  To be clear, this is Vectorworks you are seeing.

 

I want to thank you very much.  I have been using the term Matched Curves for a while now and no-one has had the fortitude to ask what they are.
