Render works options disappeared

When I opened up vw this morning render works options have disappeared from the drop down menu, including realistic colours white which I need to use.  It only shows the things like wireframe, shaded and hidden line etc.  This is the case in viewports or in the design layer.  I have been using realistic colours white and other render option perfectly fine until this morning when they suddenly have disappeared.  I have a deadline tomorrow and not know what to do.

 

I'm using vectorworks 2023, educational version, architecture settings.

Go to Vectorworks Preferences,Session Pane and click the Serial Numbers button.  Does it say that Renderworsk is an Enabled Product?  If so, then restart the computer. If not, then make sure you know your full serial number, click the Remove button to delete your serial number and then re-add it.

and make sure you are in a standard out of the box workspace, like 'Architect' and not a custom workspace.
