So while we are working on a file happens from time to time, that all of a sudden most of the content disappears from the screen. After the initial shock and while trying to zoom in and out, the content magically reappears until the zoom is "idle" (maybe static is a better word?) and the content disappears again... It seems as if the final rendered image of the screen after zooming is failed or aborted.
So far no solution is found, we just need to save and restart VectorWorks. We had it in a couple different projects and with both versions 2022 and 2023, always to the newest Service Pack. Also both with PC (Windows 10) and Mac computers, always updated both OS and graphic card drivers.
Is this a known issue? Does anybody have a solution for this? Thanks!
