Once docked it should always behave like this or be a toggle option if there are people who like how it currently works. This would stop window being lost, once first file is open for the day making the interface more generally useful. Would also stop the welcome window being modal* and stoping the close or minimise buttons reducing the app to work on other things *We have spoken about Modal being bad before and here we are new dialogue in app that is modal.
