Library Catalog updating 2023

Hi, Evertime i open 2023 it tells me that the Library Catalog is out of date. Even if i close and it and reopen it askes the same question, Can this be overridden and not asking everytime i open a file.

I have the same in VW 2022.

It came after I downloaded ALL of the offered (standard ?) Libraries,

but moved them after manually over to my external Workgroup Folder.

 

I assume it may have to do with e.g. some VW Spotlight libraries that

I may have accidentally downloaded that may not work with my

VW Arch version/license or such.

 

And no,

I found no way to hold VW from updating after each start.

I had to live with it for a year and avoided any Library downloads/changes

for VW 2023 therefore.
