@KenD: As @Tom W. and @Pat Stanford mentioned, what you are referring to is called the Onscreen View control and can be disabled/hidden as they described. Please see https://app-help.vectorworks.net/2025/eng/VW2025_Guide/Views/The_Onscreen_View_Control.htm for the Onscreen View control help if you would like to learn more about it.

@halfcoupler We made some improvements to the Move by Points tool's performance in VW2022. Would you please directly send me your file so I can try and reproduce your crash in order to fix the issue?
