I originally searched for 'Ireland' and didn't get any results.

Luckily, in this case, the difference between the default and the site was significant - pointing up the error and the importance of setting the correct coordinate system.

Extract a nurbs curve from the edge of each rib. If you get a group, ungroup and Modify>Compose.
Now you should have 3 ovals nurbs curves that you can loft

Is this for build drawings or a rendering. If the former it looks like it was designed with significant care - I think this could be a case where the designer would be happy to share the model so it can be built as accurately as possible.

Why on earth is the Recent Files dropdown inaccessible when the Home Screen is active? How does this help? Yes, I know they can also be accessed from the HS itself, but I would have expected this would be an added feature rather than a forced alternative.

Could you use the Texture Tool tool to apply the texture to the top only, with all other faces using a transparent texture?

VW2023 I just noticed this message - and indeed the file has no Undo history. Hmm.... what precipitates this - is it a necessary memory freeing exercise? It would be nice to have an option to choose if/when it happens.

I asked Vectorworks about this several years ago. They said that problem was an Apple issue. It may have to do with Apple, but it the end it is a VW's issue as the Apple platform brings a lot of users to the table.

Often, probably more often than not, when something is missing in a drawing it comes down to a Class being set to invisible.

What's the correct term for right clicking in the Edit Annotation to edit the Design Layer
or
when editing the 2d component to edit the 3d component
or
when editing the control geometry of a Marionette script to edit the script
or
when editing the profile of an EAP to edit the path
or
when editing the crop of a Site Model to jump to editing the Proposed Surface
etc. etc. etc.
* maybe 'sidestepping'? jump editing? (correct answer or proposals go here_____________ __________________ _______________)
We need this to work everywhere and consistently - currently it's inconsistent, unpredictable, usually incomplete or simply missing. VW2024 has even depreciated the Edit Viewport sidsteps* for now (to be fixed in the next SP).
Also I would prefer if sidestep* options were at the top of the contextual menu every time so it's obvious and quick to see and get to.

All sorts of weird freezing, overly large selections, impossible to select any annotation objects etc. when annotating a VP with at floating view pane open on an adjacent screen. Horizontal split Multiple View Pane worked without the issue.
