stair tool

In most "typical" wood framed stair assemblies, the "top tread" is actually part of the floor. Sometimes it's good to verify where the tread is (in plan view). Whether this box is checked or not, it will not change the dimension(s) or position of the stair. You can prove this to yourself by changing your view to front (or side) so that you can see the stair in profile. In this view, try clicking/unclicking the "draw top tread" checkbox. You will see clearly what it does...
