Vectorworks Cloud Services blank screen

Question

Is anyone having issues with Vectorworks Cloud Services app where it does not display the files, it loads up and get stuck on a white screen? Rebooted many times and still having the same problems.

 

My computer is a 14" MacBook Pro running macOS Monterey v12.2, Vectorworks Cloud Services Desktop App 10.2.2227 and Vectorworks 2022 SP2.1.  We are also having the same issues with other machines in the office (intel iMacs on Catalina).
