I find manipulating curved polylines in Vectorworks so frustrating. Seems that no matter what type of curved point it is, when I move one, the entire line shape changes. I'm trying to draw "fair" curves through defined points. It can take hours. Move this one, then fix that one, that changes another, on and on and on. Manipulating curves in a drawing app like Illustrator or Affinity Designer is so much easier. I wish Vectorworks worked like those do.
In Vectorworks I plot a series of 2D locus points, then I draw a polyline of corner points touching each locus point. Then the work begins because there is no smoothing or point manipulation in Vectorworks that can create a "fair" curve that touches each locus point.
