Travis Posted March 22, 2005 Share Posted March 22, 2005 The only way to scale symbols is to edit the underlying components. You can do this by selecting the symbol in the Resource Browser and then using the pull-down menu (on the RB) to edit both the 2D and the 3D components. I prefer to duplicate, rename and then actually place the symbol in the drawing. Double-click it from Top/Plan View. This takes you to the 2D components. Cut/delete them and exit. You're left with the 3D components (only) inside the symbol. Now double-click again to go "inside" the 3D portion of the symbol. Scale the various pieces as needed. Place (if you Cut them originally, you can now Paste them and scale) new 2D components directly on the 3D (like when first creating a symbol) and Exit. Voila. Good luck, Quote Link to comment
