Seena Hassouna
Hi, So I learned from an earlier posting that the stair break line can be moved. Very handy. I have a new twist, for me that is. I'm drawing a split level house. I would like one of the floorplans to show a set of stairs going up and the stair directly below going down. Is there any way to adjust the stair break line such that it cuts at the opposite angle and from the other end of the stair? I know I could just make a 2D version and customize it but I just wondered if the 3-D PIO was adustable in that way. thanks, Seena Quote Link to comment
jfmarch
just flip the stair, the angle of the cut line will then go the opposite way. Quote Link to comment
Seena Hassouna
Yes but the cutline shows the bottom of the stair. I'd like it to show the top of the stair and hide the bottom. That seems to be a bit tougher. thanks Seena Quote Link to comment
eric.rktek
This stair break issue has appeared before on the Wish List Area. It would be very nice to have the ability to not have to fake the relatively typical situation described in the posts above. Quote Link to comment
Seena Hassouna
Yes Eric, I agree. I knew I could fake it but I'd rather not. Seena Quote Link to comment
jfmarch
flip it vertically then. otherwise, fake it with you own graphic. Quote Link to comment
