It seems the snaps are now locked into the lower right corner of the data bar without the option to use a floating snaps palette as we used to have in the past. It is possible to have them show up in the smart options display but that is a bit of a workaround.
I'm really missing the option to have the snaps palette be in a position where it is within sight when looking at the screen area you are working at to easily see which snaps are active.
Having to focus to the lower right screen corner and then back to your drawing corner every time is slowing down a bit too much to my liking, as is having to bring up the smart options display to see which snaps are active.
