Mark Som
I have done some search in this topic, but I can only find old stuff. Is it possible to default have "Adjust flipped text" unchecked in my viewports, so I dont have to edit every viewport? Quote Link to comment
michaelk
That's really good question. If it's possible, I can't figure it out either :-). Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
I also don't know how to change the default (yet), but you can change the setting for all of the viewports (or a subset) at once using the Custom Modification command or by selecting multple viewports in the Organization Dialog Box and clicking Edit. Pat Stanford
It does not look like there is a way to change the default. It appears to be hard coded in the Viewport creation code. :-( A script to change all viewport would be pretty easy though. @michaelk? Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Let's try this: PROCEDURE NoFlip; VAR h : HANDLE; PROCEDURE StopFlipping(h:Handle); BEGIN SetObjectVariableBoolean(h,1029,FALSE); END; BEGIN ForEachObject(StopFlipping,(T=VIEWPORT)); END; RUN (NoFlip); 1 Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Very nice. My first count was 10 lines. You did 10. But you don't need the global Var declaration. Since H is defined as a part of the StopFlipping procedure, it only needs to be defined there. So 9. ;-) Quote Link to comment
michaelk
I always thought you had to have something for a VAR or CONST declaration. Guess not! PROCEDURE NoFlip; PROCEDURE StopFlipping(h:Handle); BEGIN SetObjectVariableBoolean(h,1029,FALSE); END; BEGIN ForEachObject(StopFlipping,(T=VIEWPORT)); END; RUN (NoFlip); Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
Every Var does need to be defined somewhere, but that can be in the Global Var declaration, in a sub procedure Var declaration, or as part of the Function/Procedure parameters. Quote Link to comment
