Trying to reprogram the spacebar to act as the enter key (like in Autocad)

I use both Autocad and Vectorworks and am trying to change the vectorworks short cuts to improve my workflow. I cant seem to figure out how to use the spacebar to function as the enter.

You are probably not going to be able to. You certainly will not be able to inside Vectorworks.

 

You may be able to use some kind of third-party keyboard utility to map it from the operating system.

 

But better yet would be to accept that Autocad and Vectorworks are two very different programs and not try to use them the same way.
