How do I change some of my keyboard shortcuts and reassign them to be something different?

Thank You. Is the Spacebar usable for shortcuts. In CorelDRAW the spacebar toggles between the current and last tools used. Is there a key for this?

I'm not aware of a key to toogle between current and last tool, like you discribed.

The spacebar at this stage will switch to the pan tool while held down then "boomerang" back to the tool you where in when you let it go. It even works mid operation, say drawing a polygon to pan the view inbetween drawing two points of the polygon.

But also, while holding down the space bar, you can select any other tool, then use the tool while continuing to hold down the space bar, once you release the space bar it will return to whatever tool you had before you hit the space bar. But unfortunately it stops there. When you hit the space bar again, it always goes to the pan tool, until you choose another.

I guess it is sort of a one time toggle.
