Missing Spotlight Preferences in Document Settings

Taf

Question

Hi there.

I hope this is an easy fix, as I am quite new to this program, however, I have been trying to figure out how to set up Spotlight in VW and have run into a problem.  All the literature points to a command that should be embedded in the file > Document Settings >  Spotlight Preferences.  However, ' Spotlight Preferences' does not exist in the drop menu for Document Settings at all.  Can someone advise me as to a setting I might have to turn on or what not have you to get at it?

Cheers,

Taf-

Spotlight Preferences should by default reside in menu: File>Document Settings>Spotlight Preferences. Are you using the Spotlight workspace? To check that you are, go to Tools>Workspaces and make sure that you have Spotlight checked.

If it is missing, then you will need to add it to the workspace. Come back if you need to know how to do that.
