RoyP
I have been on VW 12.5(2006) and it forces me to be on Mac OS 10.6.8. What version should I be looking to try and buy that would have the same look and feel as 12.5 and get me to a Mac OS 10.11? I downloaded a trial version of current fundamentals but I feel the learning curve would be very steep and my drawing needs are only 2D and no rendering Thanks, roypruden@sbcglobal.net Quote Link to comment
Kevin McAllister
You could use any modern version in the same way that you use VW 12.5. Just build a simplified workspace and limit VW to Screen Plane only in the Document Preferences. The majority of the same tools you use in VW12.5 are still present in current versions of VW. Art V
One thing to keep in mind is that the latest versions most likely will not have a dongle by default but use activation. If having a dongle matters to you then you also need to contact Vectorworks if it is possible to a license that is using a dongle. Quote Link to comment
