What happened to forum user reputation buttons on posts?

We used to have buttons on all posts to plus or minus user reputation for the author, right? I am not seeing those any more. Did you remove them on purpose? @JimW

It's been gone for a little while but they will be back very shortly, took the system down to upgrade it and add more choices.
