Not able to apply texture

Hello,

I can't apply any textures to any extrusion. The option does not appear in the Obj Info> Render (I can only see Sketch option). Also, if I open the Resource Browser and drag a texture to the extrusion nothing happens. I am a bit desperate.

If you navigate to a design layer, then go to View > Rendering, are the Renderworks options all grayed out? If so, did this happen just recently or ever since you installed?

Same issue after a machine restart?

Yes they are all grayed. I think it has been like this since I had it? Even tho I was able to apply textures before. I have a student version.

What version of Vectorworks are you currently using? Also, please reply back with the following attached from your machine:

If it worked before, it's worth trying a preference reset:

Then rebooting the machine completely and relaunching Vectorworks to see if you can apply textures to an extrude in a new blank file. If it STILL fails after that, I would recommend a full reinstallation. If it fails after that, contact tech@vectorworks.net directly.
