How to Dock Palettes

How can I dock palettes to the drawing window, so they are not all loosely floating around. I am having trouble with setting up an efficient workspace. (I have the Fundamentals version of vwx 2018

...a few years later but Todd V.'s solution works. I have a new laptop with new install of VW 2021(for older files), fresh no transfer of info, workspaces, etc.. Only Attributes pallette wouldn't dock. Noticed the pallette had some space at top of pallette unlike normal. It it loaded as a floating pallette connected to Snapping pallette which I "disconnected" but still wouldnt dock.  I unchecked "floating pallettes can dock to each other" and voila the the pallette looked "normal" and could dock.
