When I rotate an object in VW2018 I don't see the object rotated until I drag it away from where it has been rotated as you can see from the attached screen shots.
The first one is two lines that have been rotated but one may see this ghost of where the two lines have been rotated to.
I've highlighted one to show that it has been rotated to 90º
