TKA
I have a worksheet/report for lighting fixtures. Lets say I have 10 types of fixtures and 15 of each. When I do SUM button it reduces the report to a single instance of each type fixture and counts 10 while in reality what I need is to have a number attached to each fixture type showing that there is 15 of them. I believe another columns needs to be created but I cannot figure out a formula - I am sure someone has done it. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Pat Stanford
You need to add a formula of =Count in the database header row in a blank column. This will give you the number of objects that have been SUMmed into each subrow. Ask again if this is not clear. 1 Quote Link to comment
