herbieherb
The Move Node doesn't work on a 2D Object when it's wrapped to an object Node. When it's unwrapped it works. It also works on 3D Objects. I'm a little confused. Quote Link to comment
Patrick Winkler
Hello herb, thanks for reporting. I have already made a bug request about this issue. It seems to be related with the german encoding. Quote Link to comment
herbieherb
Maybe it has to do with the issue reported in that topic? https://techboard.vectorworks.net/ubbthreads.php?ubb=showflat&Number=221925#Post221925 Quote Link to comment
AlanW
Hi, Attached is a file showing the move in an Object Node. This has been pulled out of the Caster Object and converted down from 3D move to 2D move. HTH Really strange with your file couldn't get it to move but recreated the same and got to move. Your file is on top, mine below. copy mine out to new file and try, it works but it is exactly the same as yours, well as far as I can see. I think you are right about the coding files are different.(not programmer) Edited January 26, 2016 by Alan Woodwell Quote Link to comment
herbieherb
Thx you just found the solution. The Node is different in the german version. If i replace my move node with yours it works. I will replace the node in my library. Quote Link to comment
