Support for PNG transparency

I'm sure this has been wished for at some point in the past, but Vectorworks should really support importing png image files and retaining their transparency.

This was added in 2017! Woohoo!!

The ability to export PNGs with transparency has also been added. This would have saved me many hours of extra time in Photoshop a few months ago... ;)
