Blacklines

Was wondering how everyone turns their floor plans from construction plans to blacklines for presentation purposes.

If I understand the question, use class overrides to turn off the wall component classes leaving the "container class" "Wall-Exterior" or whatever on and then give it a black poche. Other elements like tags, markers, dimensions, etc. that you don't want to see, turn those classes off in the viewport.

There are Document Settings to display in 'Black & White Only', along with 'Black Background'; Those two together will get what I think you're calling 'blacklines', meaning black lines on a white background.

In Vw2015 & 2016 there are Quick Preferences buttons on the Tool bar where each of these settings can be easily accessed.
