Property Line formatting

Is it possible to format the 'NUMBER' field in the Property Line object info palette to contain a trailer.

I want to display a number e.g.(60) with a trailer e.g. (units) so that when exported as a report these figures can be totaled in the worksheet.

If you right click in the 'NUMBER' field you have various options e.g. substitutions, smart quotes, smart links, data detectors, what are these for?

I'm still on version 2012 so I have quite different (much more basic) options, but some of those sound like survey gear inputs.

Also I don't know if vw ever improved it but when i was using it a lot you couldn't put eg an m with superscript -m², and there was no way to over-ride it.

I use skecthup for this now - much easier
