AlanW Posted July 7, 2015 Share Posted July 7, 2015 Hi, when I pull a window out of a wall it disappears, restarted VW a few times and it happens to all my drawings, any ideas for a fix have installed sp. This error message comes up Error on line 1: _1547 _1552 - Array is not the the expected dimensions and type: _ 1552. This comes up when I try to change open the advanced properties in the bottom of the window OIP. Thanks Quote Link to comment

AlanW Posted July 9, 2015 Author Share Posted July 9, 2015 It appears to be a WinDoor Script error. Only in Australian & New Zealand program. The issue does not occur on other computers on one. We have requested tech help from Support in Sydney who hopefully will find a solution. Quote Link to comment

Please delete this file: Windows 7: Computer +C: +Users +[your log-in name or Administrator] +AppData +Roaming +Nemetschek +Vectorworks +2015 +Settings +OzCAD Settings/WMMasterPref.txt <- delete just this file You can jump straight to the 2015 folder by going to Vectorworks Preferences/User Folder tab, then clicking the Explore button.
