Control 6: zoom to selected objects doesn't work while using the clip cube

Confirming:

It sort of works in Mac10.9.5.

The visible portions of objects, or selected objects, within the clip cube fill the view area, but the clip cube extents may extend off screen. If a face of the clip cube is selected, Cmd 6 still shows only the contained objects, not the entire clip cube extents.

Mac Cmd 6 = Fit to Objects.

Mac Control 6=enable Circle tool in Basic Palette. Press Cmd 6 again to summon Create Object dialog in Circle mode.

Right now if I have the clip cube enabled, and select an object, change views, and zoom to selected objects, nothing happens.

Does this issue happen even in a new test document with a few 3D objects added? I am unable to replicate the issue here on Windows 7 or OS X 10.9.5 in 2015 SP1.
