Display note text when hovering over callout

I put note callouts inside the annotations. I think this is wrong because the corner rounding is in real world units, not print units, but that's the way I do it. As an aside, I wish that corner rounding and drop shadowing was in page units, not real world.

Anyway, what I would like is for the text of the note to appear as I hover over each callout number. That way I can check the callout as I work. It's too much work to double click, find the note, etc.

I like the hover to reveal callout text.

Maybe an have it active by pref option or key or only when Callout tool or Text tool enabled? It could be annoying to hover around the drawing with Select tool or any geometry creation tool and have to look at text popups whenever a crossing a callout.

Command click on the callout? Just being able to click on the callout and see the text in the OIP would be good.
