streborasil Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Hi all, Whenever I want to use the generic door or window tool from the 'Building Shell' list, it seems that I don't have them! I always get the message 'IP Resources not found'. Some symbols I can use but lots I can't. Can anyone shed any light on this and give me some tips on how to remedy this? It sounds like you are using an older version of Vectorworks if you are getting this error from the door and window? If so it may be a problem with an update to the OS or QuickTime. JBenghiat Posted April 24, 2012 Share Posted April 24, 2012 Are you by chance using a custom workspace? There is a 2012 issue where even though the window and door plug-ins have the same name as previous versions, the plug-ins are not recognized by upgraded worspaces. You may want to try removing, then adding to your workspace. If that doesn't resolve the issue, definitely contact tech support. -Josh Quote Link to comment
