I've called both the US pro license number AND the academic number. Ring, 'please hold. your wait will be 1 minute'. Repeat over and over. Sat on speaker phone for the last 35 minutes, nobody ever answered. Just kept looping the same welcome greeting, followed by the 1 minute wait period, followed by the dulcid tones of hold music. I'm thinking they're closed today, and forgot to update the web page, or the community announcement board (unless I missed it). Anybody from Nemetschek sales around today? Thanks!
