geoform
Still can't get plant label text to print. It'll show up on screen, I can edit it, change its size and all those variables, but I can't seem to locate the problem with getting it to print out. Other text prints just fine (title blocks, etc) just not the plant labels. I've added the file I've been working on in case someone has a theory. This is only the 3rd plan I've actually drawn in Vectorworks (excluding the exercise files) but you'll be able to tell that by the crazy way I have it set up in general. Quote Link to comment
Bryan G.
John I have it printed here in my office. 11x17 if you need it I have a meeting in Maple Grove at noon. I can get it to you if you need it. Quote Link to comment
David Kurita-May
Hi I have had this problem. Try the following. Double click on the Plant Group or edit from the Resource Browser. Choose to Edit the 2D graphic Select the graphic (circle or similar) and check the Object Info. Most likely the shape is being drawn in Layer Plane. Change this to Screen Plane and use the exit button to return to the drawing. 2D plant graphics should re-appear for any instances of the plant already placed and for any new ones subsequently placed from the Resource Browser. Hope that helps. David Kurita-May Quote Link to comment
Tim P.
It seems if you use a common font like Arial, it will print. I have had to search for fonts that did not contribute to printing problems. Quote Link to comment
