SMANZER
Hey Guys I have some issue with export to cinema4d plug-in My project has a lot of mouldings, arches, medallions and so on. when I'm exporting this stuff into cinema4d my objects kinda ugly, the arches has not smooth enough, it is like n-gone with brake every 10 degrees, how to make it one degree brake?, and how to control smoothness? so basically now it is pour geometry. I have VW2011 designer + renderworks and cinema 4d 11.5 Cheers... Quote Link to comment

SMANZER
Yes it doesn't make anychanges it is like automatic optimization of all objects Quote Link to comment
Vectorworks, Inc Employee Dave Donley Posted June 15, 2011 Vectorworks, Inc Employee Share Posted June 15, 2011 Hello SMANZER: The C4D export uses the current RW settings if you're in a RW render mode, or Final Quality RW settings if you aren't in a RW mode. You can up the geometry detail by using Custom RW with curved geometry set to Very High then render the design layer in Custom RW and export then to get Very High curved geometry.
