TimSchultz
I am running a very old version of Vectorworks V.5.3 on an Intel Imac with OSX 10.4.11. Everything works just dandy but I would like to be able to run this version of Vectorworks on my new laptop (MacBook Pro running OSX 10.5.8). Is there a patch or any kind of work around to allow me to stay with my old version of Vectorworks but run it on a more current OSX? Quote Link to comment
CipesDesign
Hmmm. Version 5.3 you say?? Could you perhaps have meant version 12.5.3 ?? Quote Link to comment
TimSchultz
Sorry. I meant Vectorworks Version 9.5.3 Quote Link to comment
Christiaan
Although breaking the terms of licence and needing a bit of know how it is technically possible to run older versions of Mac OS X (and hence older versions of VW) within Mac OS X: http://hints.macworld.com/article.php?story=20080805081909302 My advice is not to do it however.
