Neil-UK
Hi Guys, I have some Truss Circles I have installed on VW Spotlight.... I want to rotate these, so they are angled at around 30 degrees Downstage/Upstage.... I have tried rotating using 3D Rotate, but VW tells me its a Hybrid Object, and can only be turned one way - a way which is completely useless to me. Can anyone advise how I get around this? Many Thanks Neil Quote Link to comment
Fergy
Select the option to view 3D only in the OIP. Quote Link to comment
michaelk
It depends on which version you are using. If you are using 2009 or 2010, check the "Draw 3D Only" box in the truss OIP. That will allow you to rotate the truss around any axis. hth michaelk Quote Link to comment
Neil-UK
Hi Guys, Thanks for this, its VW2008.... Sorry, but what/where is OIP? Quote Link to comment
michaelk
OIP = Object Info Palette Quote Link to comment
michaelk
Look under Window>Palettes to make the OIP visible. I can't remember if it (non level hanging angles on curved truss) was the same in 2008. Edited October 21, 2009 by michaelk Quote Link to comment
