Timesaver Tip for Data Entry?

Can anyone out there tell me if there is a trick to entering data in the data pain of a door object? The only way I seem to be able to do this is by highlighting each line with the cursor, and typing away. The tab key only hops between the other boxes, and the enter key ok's the whole window. Any tips...?

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking for.... It might be the wrong workflow for you.

...but have you tried using a worksheet?

It lets you tab through all the settings and enter values or use pull downs. No closing the window w/ Enter - in the worksheet Enter moves down, Tab moves right.

It also lets you select a door on the worksheet and zoom the drawing to it.
