we have vector works 12.4 installed on XP professional computers that are joined to the domain at our school and that get their licence off a terminal server(server 2003) on the domain.Up until recently it worked well but suddenly every time Vectorworks is opened on the XP computers it repeatedly asked for the serial number, regardless of whether it was put in last time the computer was turned on and Vectorworks started. After putting in the network serial number it would then advise that the local dongle could not be found and shut down the program.Looking on the serverThe hasp key is glowing red as it should and in device manager it shows as working.I have clicked on both the hasp key and the USB controller to 'scan for hardware changes' but to no avail. Any ideas?We have had automatic updates go on the server but I cannot tell which ones went on what dates so dont know which I might un-install if this happened to cause the issue.The server has also been rebooted to no avail.
