Jershaun
A friend of mine has bought a Core2Duo machine with 4GB Ram and he's running VW Architect (no RW) on Windows XP 32bit. The program loaded properly and VW starts up. However, when the window tool is picked, VW crashes immediately. The door tool works. What can he do? Removing 2GB of ram is NOT an option. Thanks, Quote Link to comment
brudgers
Verify that he has the latest service pack and current video drivers. Try contacting tech support. Quote Link to comment
Jershaun
Sorry, I should have mentioned this earlier but he's running 12.5. Katie? Any thoughts. TIA, Quote Link to comment
Guest Pablo_L
Shaun - Katie is no longer with NNA. I'm not a techie but doesn't WinXP 32-bit only support 3.3GB of memory? Your best bet is to call our Technical Support line at 410-290-5114 and speak to someone about this. Quote Link to comment
