cdavis
In the Botanical Names column on the Plant List-Simple worksheet and other worksheets there are "0"s on all the plants rows. I have Latin names for all the plants placed in the drawing. How do I get the worksheet to show the Latin Names. Also, how do you create a custom worksheet that can be used in any drawing. Thom
It appears to be a bug. Simple work around. Go into the worksheet editor. Click on database headers, Click on Row 3, Column C under Botanical name - enter ='Plant Record'.'Latin Name' This will fix the problem Quote Link to comment

Damon
Hi All, New VW user (2008). Still annoyed with the plant list feature. After doing the work around noted above, I get an extra line above the plants and below the ID QTY etc. line. Suggestions for how to get rid of this line? Plus, it seems critical what cell is highlighted when we do the 'database headers' step. Lots of cells can be overwritten. Thanks Quote Link to comment
Damon
Follow up to last post: found the answer: go back to that silly little triangle and uncheck the 'database headers' field. BTW, I'm a bit surprised this wasn't fixed in the latest update. NMA? Quote Link to comment
