Regional Section in forums

I have seen in other forums, not related to VW or CAD, where there is typically a regional discussion area so that people can set up user group meetings or announcements and maybe even post up topics. It would also be great to see what others are up to or even join in a scheduled meeting if you were in the area. This would also facilitate starting up a user group in your specific area.

If you are in the US and you are planning a user group event, you should contact our marketing team. We have tremendous resources to help get your group off to a running start and keep it running.

This morning I was thinking about adding a section for sharing resources, not just textures, and websites. People could advertise any specialty items, including training and informational material to the section.

I haven't had a chance to get it created yet - I'm pretty busy right now.

I can certainly break the section up in to two pieces - "Advertisements" and "Sharing Resources"
