Transperant Fills...Why???

Recommended Posts

Check your layer transparency.

If you are working in a design layer, the fills will be transparent if the layer opacity is set lower than 100%. Go to layers option window. There are several ways to get there. Here is one:

navigation palette/dbl click "Design Layers" icon/select your design layer from the list/click "Edit"

In the edit pane look at the transparency slider. Move it to 100% for opaque fills.

Edit each layer to set transparency as desired.

Welcome to the techboard!

It is a huge help to all the people who read these boards and who are keen to assist, if you could include a summary of your computer system with your post, like Benson Shaw has done.

If you go to My Stuff at the top of this board and click on My Profile, you can write a signature that describes your system, then each time you post, readers and helpers can see what you are using - often the problems are related to either PC or Mac, or the particular version of VW that you are on, so it saves a lot of time and speculation.
