Ability to mark up PDFs

Christiaan

Question

With the new PDF integration strategy NNA is taking I think it would be useful if you could open up a PDF (i.e as a PDF without importing) and then mark it up with all the different note and dim tools included in VectorWorks and then save it (as a PDF).

Or at least some other highly integrated PDF markup capability.

Using Acrobat Pro for PDF editing... changing a single text character is an excruciatingly slow process. VP annotations are a godsend by comparison.

Whereas, the placement of hi-lites, notes & links is basically seamless in Acrobat.

Access to the extended functionality of VW you suggest is a very good idea.

It should be relatively easy to integrate a few static Plug-in symbols into Acrobat Pro.
