better beziers

I love how Photoshop handles bezier curves with the pen tool. I'd like to see an improvement on Vectorworks' tool, so that the points of each path of a polyline had two handles to adjust, just like photoshop.

I would second that- the current methodology for onscreen reshaping of bezier and cubic spline curves is a little clunky and not as intuitive.

The way VW handles bezier shaping is clunky. I have used Corel Draw which I beleive is similar to Adobe Illustrator and shaping curves is a breeze compared to Vectorworks. Surely VW staff look at the way other programs handle similar tasks and try to at least match them for ease of use?

I agree.

Another benefit would be the ability to import bezier shapes from Illustrator or other applications without breaking and redefining the curves.

Perhaps it would also make it possible to transform nurbs curves into 2D bezier curves in stead of polylines.
