Create Worksheet Criteria to list Names of Polylines and SF - Planting Area total

I've seen this done before but can't recall how to get a list of all the planting areas that I created using polygons. I'd like to have a worksheet that lists them along with their areas. I found how to do this with landscape areas, but not the simple shapes.

You can draw your polygons on the design layer "Planting" and give them names in the OIP.

Note, the report will only list items on the "planting" design layer by design.  This keeps things from other design layers from accidentally making their way into your data.

Bonus, I threw in a simple data tag too.
